3. Personal information we process

This Privacy Statement is applicable for all persons of whom SG11 collect personal data, with exceptions of persons working at SG11. By that we mean personnel, temporary workers, student trainees, trainees and applicants.

 

We process personal data:

  • That you have shared yourself;
  • Generated during your visit at our website and reading our newsletters;
  • Which we have derived from other sources, such as business Social Media platforms;
  • That you actively provide for example by filling in web forms or during introductory meetings, events, seminars, etc., such as business cards;

Our website contains hyperlinks to websites of other parties and Social Media buttons. We are not responsible for the content of these websites and of the services of these platforms. Nor is SG11 responsible for the privacy policy and use of cookies on these websites and Social Media platforms.

4. Purpose of use

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • For carrying out activities as a supplier;
  • To execute an agreement in which you have instructed us to deliver one or more products and/or services;
  • To call or e-mail you if necessary, to carry out our services;
  • To inform you about changes in our services and products;
  • To maintain contact with you through updates, (telephone) invitations to events and seminars and sending information that you have requested from us;
  • Legal obligations such as information that we need for our tax return;
  • Improving our product and service information and carry out targeted marketing campaigns. In marketing campaigns, we do not process special personal data and no confidential data.

Behavioural data: Personal data that SG11 processes about your behaviour, such as your preferences, opinion, wishes and needs. But also, through in-line telephone conversations and e-mail contact with our employee. Creating user statistics: User statistics of the website enables us to get a picture of the number of visitors, the duration of the visit, which parts of the website are being viewed and the click behaviour.
